Orders will be processed in order of placement.

How long does delivery take?

UK Delivery - 3-5 working days as standard (this can be longer during busy periods or for pre-order items)

If your order has not arrived within 10 days of receiving your tracking information please get it touch with us at info@nuwaveclinic.co.uk

Am I able to collect my order?

You are able to collect from our office at 17 Castle Park Dr, Paignton TQ4 7GN.  Please select collection at the checkout and contact us when you receive an email to say your order is ready for collection.

Customs Charges

Any customs charges applied at the discretion of the carrier and local laws will be payable by the customer.  These will not be covered by Nu Wave Clinic.  Please see your local customs office for more information.

I have not received my order?

Please check your dispatch email for your tracking information.  Once you have this please get in touch with us within 10 days of dispatch and we will look into this for you.
